PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of local oppressive feeling in a lumber support device having large front moving amount of a support plate. SOLUTION: In this lumber support device, upper part supporting body 6 and lower part supporting body 5 such as S-shaped springs are arranged on an upper side of the support plate 1. The upper part supporting body 6 is fixed to back frames 80 sides. The lower part supporting body 5 is oscillatably connected to a wire 4 for connecting the upper part supporting body 6 and the support plate 1 in an independent state in relation to the back frames 80.
