PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner for a vehicle capable of expanding a space at feet of an occupant. SOLUTION: A defroster air passage part 30 of a duct 27 to guide air through a temperature adjustment means 14 to an air outlet 11a for a defroster extends to the air outlet 11a for the defroster through a lower part of a motor storage part 18 between fan storage parts 15 with each fan 13 stored therein.
