PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door frame for a vehicle capable of reducing the weight and ensuring the rigidity thereof. SOLUTION: A main frame 11 is formed of a light metal or a light alloy. A lower frame 12 is joined with the main frame 11 to guide the elevating/lowering operation of a window glass. A reinforcing member 13 closes a corner part to be demarcated on the opposite side of the window glass by the main frame 11 and the lower frame 12. The reinforcing member 13 consists of first and second panels 16, 17 joined with each other and formed of a material different from that of the main frame 11. The main frame 11 and the first panel 16 are joined with each other by first rivets 21 penetrating these members along the first axial direction A1. The main frame 11 and the second panel 17 are joined with each other by second rivets 22 penetrating these members along the second axial direction A2 different from the first axial direction A1.
