PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient tractional conveying device easy to pull a cart according to the height of a user. SOLUTION: The tractional conveying device comprises a pulling rod 2 which is expandable by connecting pipes 1 consisting of at least three stages in a telescopic manner, and a plurality of locking bodies 3 which are fixed to the pipes 1 and stored inside the pulling rod 2, and repulsively lock the pipe bodies 1, 1 adjacent to each other when expanded in a relatively non-movable manner, and retain the pulling rod 2 in a non-contractive manner, unlocks the locking body 3' on the highest stage, and further unlocks the locking body 3" located below the locking body 3 by contracting the pulling rod 2 from an upper side, and shifts the pulling rod 2 in a contracting posture. The pipe bodies 1A, 1B adjacent to the highest stage part are formed in a restrictive manner at a plurality of relative positions in the unlocking range of the locking body 3" located below the locking body 3' by the locking body 3' at the highest position, and adjust the length of the pulling rod 2.
