<p>A push button assembly comprises a housing (1) which is mountable on a panel of an amusement or gaming machine. A membrane (3) is supported on a membrane support (2) which is mounted within the housing (1). The membrane (3) comprises discrete independently manually operable switch areas or domes (15) on a top layer (14) and an electrical printed circuit on a base layer (13). The domes (15) are depressible to contact the circuit on the base layer (15) to actuate the switch associated therewith. Illumination means in the form of LEDs on a circuit board may also be provided and the housing (1) and/or support (2) and/or membrane (3) may be light-transmitting.</p> |
