<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gang edge cutting device which can prevent falling-off of an active material layer at a cutting edge part of cut tape-like electrode materials. <P>SOLUTION: In the gang edge cutting device in which the web is cut in the longitudinal direction after the press working is carried out on the metallic web on which active materials are coated are dried in a manufacturing process of an electrode for a non-aqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery, a taper working is applied to the circumferential edge part which becomes cutting edges 18, 20 of respective disk-shaped upper edge 12 and lower edge 16 adjacently arranged so as to have an overlapping part in the vertical direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
