摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a difficult-to-sintering constraining green sheet having a high shrinkage suppressing effect obtained by volatilizing sufficiently a polymer binder from a constraining green sheet and a low-temperature sintered ceramic (LTCC) substrate, and provide a manufacturing method of a multilayer substrate using this green sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The difficult-to-sintering constraining green sheet has such an inclination of its content of organic materials that its volume content of organic materials (where organic materials mean an organic binder and a plastic agent) and inorganic particles relative to its whole volume which is present on its adhesive-surface side to an unsintered multilayer ceramic substrate is larger than the one present on its free-surface side, e.g., that its volume content of organic materials and inorganic particles which is present in its adhesive-surface-side region having a thickness not larger than, e.g., 20% of its whole thickness is larger by 10-50% than the one present in its free-surface-side region having a thickness not larger than, e.g., 20% of its whole thickness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
