<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a print device after the change of a print destination quickly start printing without imposing any excessive load on a whole system when the difference of print data interpretable by a print device is small between the print device before the change of the print destination and the print device after the change of the print destination. <P>SOLUTION: This print system is provided with a means for embedding sheet designation and a message in print data, a means for storing the message and a means for notifying an application program of the stored message when the print processing of the printing device stops. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
