PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that can stably be in operation by obviating instability imposed on the circuit operation of the semiconductor device and caused by parasitic capacitance attended with a resistive element. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device comprises: first and second power terminals 51, 59; at least one set of the resistive elements 55; a first charging circuit 52 one terminal of which is connected to the first power terminal and the other terminal of which is connected to one terminal of the resistive element 55; a discharge circuit 58 the one terminal of which is connected to the second power terminal and the other terminal of which is connected to the one terminal of the resistive element 55; a capacitor 54 the other terminal of which is connected to the second power terminal; and a second charging circuit 60 the other terminal of which is connected to the other terminal of the resistive element 55.
