<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover a solvent from a solvent-containing gas containing e.g. a high-b. pt. paraffinic hydrocarbon, without degradation. <P>SOLUTION: A solvent-containing gas is supplied to the first heat exchanger 1 with a coolant unsupplied in a condenser 5 and then to the second heat exchanger with a coolant supplied in a condenser 6, with the alternate supplying operation repeated. In the second heat exchanger 2, moisture, or water vapor, in the gas is adhered in such a state that it freezes while incorporating the contained solvent. In the first heat exchanger 1, the freezed moisture is thawed by raising the temperature with the solvent-containing gas supplied, and the resultant solvent-containing liquid is recovered while the solvent-containing gas supplied is precooled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
