<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that complicated hardware is required for maintaining highly accurate synchronization in a UWB-IR communication system of a high time resolution. <P>SOLUTION: A communication system using a pulse string spread by a spreading code as transmission signals comprises a part for acquiring pulse data whose timings are shifted from each other in the same cycle as reception pulses and a part for performing code correlation by the respective pulse data, synchronization error signals are generated by using the two signals, and a pulse data acquisition timing is controlled on the basis of the synchronization error signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
