PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a solid electrolyte capacitor using a conductive tape which does not cause a chemical reaction of forming an oxide film when a voltage is applied in an electrolytic polymerized solution or does not corrode by a chemical reaction in the electrolytic polymerized solution and reduces the material cost. SOLUTION: A conductive tape 14 has a conducive thin film layer 16 made of at least either nickel, carbon or stainless materials and a base 15 composed of an aluminum foil or an aluminum clad material. The layer 16 is adhered to the opposite side of the base material 15 to its sticking surface. This provides a low-cost conductive tape which does not lose the power feeding function in a copolymerized electrolyte, and has a high mechanical strength and a superior electric resistance. Using the conductive tape, a solid electrolytic capacitor is provided which obtains equivalent product characteristics and greatly reduces the manufacturing cost. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
