PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture disk device opening/closing trays of good appearance with high mass productivity. SOLUTION: A gate port 2 is disposed in the backside 1a of a surface on the front side of a tray 1 and no gate port 2 is present in an appearance surface. Then, no gate mark appears in the appearance surface, and a connection line is located on the rear side of the tray 1, which cannot be seen by a user, even when the connection line is provided. In this case, a projected line is disposed in the forming position of the gate port 2, the lower end surface of the projected line 2 is located above the lower edge 1b of the tray, and a gate port 2 is disposed in the lower end surface of the projected line.
