PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric cooker high in thread-fastening strength even in a steel sheet of high heating efficiency. SOLUTION: The electric cooker is provided with an inner casing 50 formed with a heating chamber (not shown in the figure) inside; an outer casing 52 covering the inner casing 50; external parts 53 arranged outside the outer casing 52; burring holes A54 provided in the inner casing 50 to project outward; and holes 56 provided in the outer casing 52 and allowing the burring holes A54 to pass through, wherein a tapping screw 57 for fixing the external part 53 is fastened into the burring hole A54. Thread-fastening strength can thereby be enhanced even in the casing of high heating efficiency by thinning the plate thickness of the inner casing 50. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
