PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw device enabling an increase in productivity and a reduction in production cost. SOLUTION: This ball screw device comprises a screw shaft 3 having a spiral screw groove 2 in its outer peripheral surface, a nut 6a having a spiral groove 4 corresponding to the screw groove 2 in its inner peripheral surface, threaded to the screw shaft 3, and having a mounting flange 9a installed on its outer peripheral surface, a large number of rolling elements 5 rollably loaded between these both screw grooves 2 and 4. These both screw grooves 2 and 4 are formed by rolling.
