PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaver which can safely and unerringly cut off hairs in parts where the hairs are difficult to shave such as vibrissae growing in nasal cavities and tragi growing from the conchae to the external auditory meatuses without damaging mucous membranes or skin where the hairs grow. SOLUTION: The shaver has an outer blade 2 in which many pores or meshes 9 are arranged, and an inner blade 8 rotating along the inside of the outer blade 2 and cuts off hairs inserted into the pores or the meshes 9 by the outer blade 2 and the inner blade 8. The outer blade 2 is formed of a tip portion 3 and a linchipin portion 4 and a constricted part 5 is formed between the tip portion 3 and the linchpin portion 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
