PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virus sensor capable of simply measuring the virus present in a sample originating from a living body or the atmosphere as an aerosol. SOLUTION: One end of a coupling chain separated by a virus genome, which is exposed by the destruction of the virus nucleus incorporated in protein containing enzyme for destroying the virus nucleus therein and coupling the virus to be detected, is fixed to the inside of a phosphorous microsome modified by the protein and the coupling chain is extended up to the outside of the phosphorous microsome while the other end of the coupling chain is fixed to a sensing surface.
