The invention relates to poly-substituted N-(benzyl)phenylacetamide-type derivatives having formula (I), pharmaceutical compositions containing same and the therapeutic use thereof as PPAR ligands, such as in the human and animal health fields for the treatment of lipid and/or glucidic metabolism disorders. The invention also relates to a method of preparing said derivatives.
