A patch for inducing sleep is provided to induce sleep of a user, particularly a patient suffering from sleep disturbance or insomnia at anytime when he desires to sleep without use inconvenience and side effects. The patch for inducing sleep comprises a layer containing sleep-inducing components(2), an adhesive layer(3) for contacting with the skin on opposite side, and non-permeable drug-protecting films(1) for covering both sides of the patch, wherein the sleep-inducing components include 2-prophenyl propyl disulfide, aloe extract, chitosan solution and fillers or carriers; the amounts of 2-prophenyl propyl disulfide, aloe extract, chitosan solution and fillers or carriers are 0.0001-10 wt.%, 0.1-10 wt.%, 0.1-10 wt.% and 70-99.7999 wt.% based on the total weight of the patch, respectively; and the filler or carrier is selected from agar, alcohol, fat, lactose, starch, cellulose derivative, polysaccharide, polyvinylpyrrolidone, silica, sterilized water and sterilized salt water.
