<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier of light weight and high rigidity whose bottom plate does not warp. <P>SOLUTION: The carrier 1 is composed of a bottom plate 3 and a frame plate 5 provided on the bottom plate 3. The bottom plate 3 is formed with a plurality of holes 7 passing through the bottom plate 3. The bottom plate 3 is composed of a styrol plate 9 and FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastics) plates 11a, 11b stuck to up and down the styrol plate 9. Resin sheets 13a, 13b are stuck to the FRP plates 11a, 11b.
