<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor in which a commutator piece and a ring varistor can be easily connected. <P>SOLUTION: The motor 10 has a commutator 18 having a plurality of commutator pieces 19 arranged in the peripheral direction of a cylindrical support member 17 made of an insulating resin, electrically connects the end 15d of an armature coil 15c to a commutator riser 19b provided on one end 19a of each commutator piece 19 as well as electrically connects the ring varistor 20 to the other end 19c of each communicator piece 19. The other end 17c of the cylindrical support member 17 is formed and protrude outward from the other end 19c of each commutator piece 19, the ring varistor 20 is fitted to the other end 17c of the support member 17 as well as a part of the other end 17c of the support member 17 is radially externally caulking deformed to form a caulk 17e. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
