<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment for supplying a high pressure fluid by a heat drive not substantially having mechanical moving portions. <P>SOLUTION: The heat driving type high-pressure medium supply equipment includes one or more dischargers, heaters and coolers formed within a heat medium flow passage and discharges the high-pressure process fluid by subjecting the process fluid in the discharges to repetition of respective treatments of constant volume heating, constant pressure heating, and filling, in which the respective dischargers, heaters and coolers are constituted to provide a cascade structure within the heat medium flow passage. Efficient heating of the dischargers and rapid refilling of the fluid are made possible by controlling the flow of the heat medium to heat or cool the plurality of the discharges. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
