PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a ceramic multilayer substrate excellent in dimensional accuracy in a plane direction. SOLUTION: A material including low-melting glass is arranged between a ceramic sintered substrate 1 and a ceramic green sheet 3.
