PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire vulcanizing bladder constituted so that vulcanization trouble is reduced at the time of vulcanization of a tire without complicating the structure of the bladder. SOLUTION: In the bladder 1 made of a rubber mounted on the inside of a vulcanizing mold at the time of vulcanization of the tire, the crosslinking density of the bladder is made different in its width direction and the crosslinking density of each of both left and right shoulder regions B and B of the bladder 1 is made lower than that of the central region A thereof.
