PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of facilitating management of facsimile data. SOLUTION: The facsimile machine 100 includes: a communication management information storage section 116 for storing communication management information including a communication date and time of facsimile data; a print processing section 104 for printing the communication management information; a print history storage section 106 for storing a print history by the print processing section 104 in cross-reference with the communication management information; and an instruction reception section 102 receiving a print instruction of the communication management information. When the instruction reception section 102 receives the print instruction, the print processing section 104 references the print history storage section 106 to print out the communication management information that is not printed.
