PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install intra-building LAN using a new system, taking the characteristic of a hoistway of an elevator into consideration, and to perform utilization management of the intra-building LAN. SOLUTION: The utilization management system of the intra-building LAN installed using the hoistway of the elevator is configured so as to mainly include a utilization management server 50; and also to include a utilization candidate terminal 40, a provider 60 terminal, and an owner terminal 42. When a utilization application is made at the utilization candidate terminal 40 (S18); the terminal of the provider 60 accesses the utilization management server 50 to acquire (S34) a reply of searching (S24) an event concerning the utilization state of connection of the utilization candidate terminal 40 to the intra-building LAN and schedule of connection work, and replies to the utilization candidate terminal 40 (S36), and the connection work is performed (S38).
