PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating display device which attracts more attention, gives a strong impression, and can be used in safety. SOLUTION: A connecting shaft 7 is connected to a motor 4 fitted in one of boxes 1 and 2 connected in two or more stages, a transmission element connected to the connecting shaft rotates with rotating power, and the box connected to the transmission element and the box connected to the connecting shaft are fixed, stopped, or rotated respectively. Display contents are provided on box flanks to attract passerby's attention, casters 5 fitted to a base are given a stopper function, and further a slip clutch is provided for the power transmission.
