PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the storage and management of information obtained from the Internet. SOLUTION: In this information processing system where a client 401 is connected to a server 403, the client 401 has a KPTC1 system 402 that directs the server 403 to save the information obtained via the Internet. The server 403 includes a database 406, a KPTS1 system 402 that provides a predetermined index to the information directed to be stored by the client 401, and a knowledge base management part 405 that saves and manages the information in the database 406 according to the index provided.
