PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disconnection detecting circuit capable of correctly detecting the disconnection for a long time while inhibiting misdetection of the disconnection. SOLUTION: The disconnection detection circuit for detecting the disconnection from output of an exclusive OR circuit inputted with signals eliminated from effects of noise comprises: a line driver, a noninverted signal line for transmitting the noninverted signal (PA) of input signal inputted to the line driver, an inverted signal line for transmitting the inverted signal (*PA) of input signal, a 1st line receiver for outputting inputted signal inputted from noninverted signal line and inverted signal line as a noninverted signal, a 2nd line receiver for outputting the input signal inputted by inverting the connection of noninverted signal line and inverted signal line of the 1st line receiver as an inverted signal, and the exclusive OR circuit for being inputted with signals from the 1st line receiver and the 2nd line receiver.
