PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain pump site of easy maintenance not obstructing water passage section. SOLUTION: This drain pump site drains water in a water passage closed by a gate 2 by a pump 4. A float body 3 having buoyancy greater than gravity of whole pump 4 is provided in the water passage 1. The pump 4 is installed on the float body 3 to position a pump suction opening under water. The floating body is supported by a plurality of posts erectly provided on a bottom surface of the water passage 1 to freely move up and down with following water level.
