PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with lock releasing operation after locking operation, in an earthquake resistant lock device of a moving body such as a door. SOLUTION: This earthquake resistant lock device 10 has a hook device 50 on the cabinet 20 side, and a hook receiver 40 on the door 30 side. The hook device 50 has a hook body 90, and an energizing means (for example, a weight 100). The hook body 90 has a rotary shaft 91 positioned in one end part and rotatably installed inside a cabinet 20, and a movable hook part 92 positioned in the other end part and bent in a key shape hooked on the hook receiver 40. The energizing means (the weight 100) is arranged in the hook body 90, and is made eccentric to the rotary shaft 91, and the movable hook part 92 always energizes in the direction for separating from the hook receiver 40. When vibration of a predetermined value or more is added, the movable hook part 92 rotates around the rotary shaft 91, and allows hooking on the hook receiver 40. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
