PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fuel economy by using a heat accumulating system for temporarily storing engine cooling water in a heat reserving state. SOLUTION: An engine ECU executes a program including a step (S110) of fully opening a three-way valve, a step (S120) of fully opening a flow control valve, and a step (S140) for cutting fuel, for reducing a load of a mechanical water pump being friction of an engine, when a fuel cut starting condition is realized (YES in S100).
