PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-like container which eliminates a useless part at the exterior of the container to improve the appearance of the container, can efficiently use a limited space upon transporting or displaying the container, and is superior in impact resistance. SOLUTION: The bag-like container is formed by sealing peripheries of two overlapping soft packaging materials in a strip form, and a content is enclosed hermetically in the container. Sealed parts are located in the container where the content is enclosed. After sealing the peripheries of the soft packaging materials in the strip form, the interior and the exterior of the soft materials are reversed so as to locate the sealed parts 4, 7 in the container where the content is enclosed.
