PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb or outstandingly relax vibration generated on a handle of a bicycle. SOLUTION: The handle is constituted by a handle bar 32 pivotally supported on a vehicle body 10 and grips 33 provided at both ends of the handle bar so as to be crossed and a compression spring 4 is provided between the vehicle body 10 and the handle. One end of the compression spring 4 is fixed to the handle bar 32 and the other end is fixed to the vehicle body 10. When the vehicle body 10 of the bicycle receives impact from a road surface or the like of the uneven state, the grip 33 wrench-operates the handle bar 32 and the handle bar 32 is pivoted around an axis interlocked with this. Whereas, the compression spring 4 urges the handle bar 32 to a direction opposite to the pivoting direction and vibration generated on the handle of the bicycle is absorbed or relaxed by urging force of the compression spring 4.
