PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open/close a plurality of openings without causing an increase of an installation space and a considerable increase of cost. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a first sun shade panel SH1 for closing an opening O1 and a second sun shade panel SH2 for closing an opening O2. An engagement pin 5 is moved in the range from the opening O1 to the opening O2 by transmission belts 43 and 44. An engagement piece 6 provided in a front side sun shade panel 1 of the first sun shade panel SH1 is engaged to the engagement pin 5 to be moved integrally with the engagement pin 5 while the engagement pin 5 is moved in the range of the opening O1. When the engagement pin 5 is separated from the range of the opening O1, the engagement of the engagement piece 6 and the engagement pin 5 is eliminated. While the engagement pin 5 is moved in the range of the opening O2, an engagement piece 7 provided in a front side sun shade panel 3 of the second sun shade panel SH2 is engaged to the engagement pin 5 to be moved integrally with the engagement pin 5.
