PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle bag mounted on a tandem seat capable of being simultaneously used for both seating of a passenger 6 and the on-vehicle bag. SOLUTION: The central portion of the on-vehicle bag 1, formed longer in the direction of motor width capable of being mounted on a rear seat 2b, is taken as a central storage part 10 capable of reversely rotating by roughly 180 degrees in the front/rear direction, which is sandwiched between bilateral side storage sections 11 and 12. By causing the central storage 10 to rotate backward in such a state as to be mounted on the on-vehicle bag 1 on the rear seat 2b, a recess part 37 is formed between the bilateral side storages 11 and 12, in which seating of the passenger 6 enables the passenger 6 to be seated with being mounted on the on-vehicle bag 1 on the rear seat 2b.
