PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray in which distortion of a shape does not generates even in a limb having elasticity in the tray which obtains a model such as a limb model, and to provide a three-dimensional model of a limb manufactured using the above tray. SOLUTION: A bracelet or anklet 1 having personal information engraved therein is attached to the hand or foot 5, and the hand or foot 5 with the bracelet or anklet is put into a tray 3 which obtains a non-pressure impression and in which an alginate impression material 4 is poured. Waiting for hardening of the alginate impression material 4 for about 3 minutes, when the alginate impression material 4 cures, the hand or foot 5 with the bracelet or anklet 1 is taken out, plaster mixed with water is poured into a concave mold, and a capsule having a personal DNA therein is embedded in the plaster.
