PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an ejection opening from being clogged with dust due to dust invasion into an ink liquid chamber in a manufacturing method for an inkjet recording head. SOLUTION: (1) Dust by joining is removed by cleaning a route of ink connected by joining a plate unit and an ink feeding unit. (2) A process of joining the plate unit and the ink feeding unit, a process of cleaning the route of ink connected by the joining, and a process of joining a recording element substrate to the plate unit are carried out continuously, whereby a state that the route of ink is opened is eliminated.
