PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method of fluorine/phosphorus-containing water containing chelating agents. SOLUTION: In the treatment method for adding a calcium compound to the fluorine/phosphorus-containing water containing the chelating agents, and for subjecting insolubilized matter to solid-liquid separation to remove fluorine, an iron salt is added before the addition of the calcium compound.
