PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric cleaner for which the width of a part where a dust collector and a connection pipe body are arranged is shortened without lowering the original dust collecting capacity of the cleaner. SOLUTION: A connection pipe 5 connecting a suction port body 2 and the dust collector 4 is formed in a roughly Y shape from one gathered part 21 on the suction direction upstream side and two branched parts 22 and 23 on the downstream side. For the dust collector 4, the two branched parts 22 and 23 are arranged side by side holding the dust collector 4 there between so as to be symmetrical centering the dust collector 4.
