PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine allowing a game ball to enter a lower-part winning hole disposed in an immediately lower position of an upper-part winning hole even in a state where an opening/closing piece is frontward tilted to open the upper-part winning hole. SOLUTION: The lower-part winning hole 28 is disposed immediately below the upper-part winning hole 20 having an upper-part opening/closing piece 21 tiltable in the front/rear direction; the lower-part winning hole 28, in the vicinity of its side, is provided with a guide member 32 changed over between a guide position frontward tilted and guiding a game ball on its upper surface to the lower-part winning hole 28, and a retreat position raised therefrom and retreating from the guide position; and the guide member 32 and the upper-part opening/closing piece 21 are simultaneously raised/tilted by a cooperated driving means. This constitution allows the guide member 32 to receive the game ball downward passing slightly off the upper-part opening/closing piece 21 when the upper-part winning hole 20 is opened and allows the game ball to enter the lower-part winning hole 28 via the guide on the upper face.
