<p>A heating cooking utensil for a microwave oven is disclosed, which comprises a heating set in which an adiabatic plate support, an adiabatic plate, a heating plate and a pan are sequentially stacked at an inner bottom of a body container having a lid. The heating and cooking utensil is capable of enhancing a diversity and a cooking function as one cooking utensil and enhancing a durability, stability, convenience and efficiency of a product based on an effective structure and construction. The cooking disadvantages of a microwave oven can be overcome using a reflection, absorption and transmittance when microwaves are projected into a certain object.</p> |
