<p>Disclosed herein is a delta connection type differential amplifier, the delta connection type differntial amplifier includes a positive transistor (Ql) having a base with an input terminal (IN) and a collector connected with output terminal (OUT) and a resistor (R5); a negative transistor (Q2), having a base where a negative feedback signal (FEED-B ACK) is input and a collector connected with power source (VPP); a constant current transistor (Q3) having a base connected to the contact node of a resistor (R7) and a constant voltage diode (ZDl), and having an emitter connected with resistor (R6); a first neutral node stage wherein resistors (R2 and R3) are connected with the emitter of the positive transistor (Ql), and a resistor (R4) and the other end of the resistor (R2) are connected with the emitter of the negative transistor (Q2), and the other end of the resistor (R3) and the other end of the resistor (R4) are connected with the collector of the constant current transistor (Q3).</p> |
