<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an interior having an air bag door part with good appearance to be smoothly opened without uplift or shape collapse of a part to be broken due to pressure applied to molten resin at the time of molding. <P>SOLUTION: Molten resin R is injected and filled in a cavity 31 under a condition that first and second groove forming blades 38, 39 do not project in the cavity 31. In a process for cooling the molten resin R, a predetermined time after the second groove forming blade 39 moves forward in the cavity 31, it is retreated to a condition not to project in the cavity 31.
