<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EDI(electronic data interchange) service for rationalizing the ordering operation of fresh goods, and for securing traceability even when fresh goods are processed and divided/merged in a circulation stage. <P>SOLUTION: A transaction database constructed by the storage means of a headquarter server registers the merchandise information of fresh goods received from a purchase side terminal, and a traceability database constructed by the storage means of the headquarter server registers the traceability. Ordering reservation information is received from the store side terminal, and orderable merchandise information is extracted from the transaction database based on the ordering reservation information, and this is transmitted to the store side terminal as the corrected ordering information, and when firm information is received from the store side terminal according to the corrected ordering information, the traceability information of the fresh goods whose ordering has been determined and the identification information of the store side terminal are associated, and stored in the traceability database. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
