<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable accessary worked by painting after fixing a leg side of a hook by fitting that into a shell after perforating the joint part of a bivalve for a hook without injuring it. <P>SOLUTION: An adductor muscle is cut by entering an edge from the joint of a shell without boiling the bivalve, and an inside shellfish is raked out by opening a mouth. The shell is sufficiently washed with water and dried. Then, a hole (one side is almost semi-circular, and two semicircles become almost circular in a joined state) for entering a leg appropriate position of the joint part (a suction, drawing out pipe side or the like) in a state wherein the shell is temporarily joined with a small file, a grinder or a drill or the like. The mouth of the shell is opened again, a filler and the leg side of the hook are put inside, and the adhesive is held until the adhesive is solidified. On the way to the operation or after the operation, surface of the shell is painted with clear coating or the like.
