<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart airtight property to an air bag by a simple method. <P>SOLUTION: In the air bag in which a plurality of body panels are sutured, particularly in the air bag for protecting a side part, an adhesive filler in which an adhesive is coated on at least one surface of a flexible sheet material having breaking elongation in a thickness direction of 500% or higher, preferably 800% or higher, preferably a foam material is applied to the suture part. The air bag is provided, in which after the adhesive filler is applied to the to-be-sutured part, the body panel and the adhesive filler are immediately integrally sutured without requiring a curing step of the adhesive. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
