RETENTION SPRING FOR BRAKE PRESSURE PAD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retention spring and a brake caliper capable of being inexpensively manufactured with a compact design, and significantly reducing noise and rattling caused by vibration of the caliper.

SOLUTION: The brake caliper has the retention spring preventing excess movement of a pressure plate or a pad pin to a caliper housing. The retention spring has a pad pin contact portion to exert a force on the pad pin. The spring has a retention portion continued to the pad pin contact portion to apply reaction force to keep the pad pin on a prescribed position.
