<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control entrance and exit using a cellular phone terminal owned by an individual. <P>SOLUTION: This entrance and exit control system records a personal identification number for specifying the individual in the cellular phone terminal, provides the cellular phone terminal with a function for transmitting information including the personal identification number for specifying the individual, authentication at the first step is performed by making the cellular phone terminal approach, for example, a base station installed at the gateway, a password is transmitted to an information management server by dialing the password specifying the individual to perform authentication at the second step. Thus, the user usually performs double personal identification with feeling that he/she dials when telephone calling. In addition, the cellular phone terminal has a fingerprint authentication means and performs the personal identification using the fingerprint authentication means before a transmission means of the cellular phone terminal transmits personal information or terminal information.
