PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flatten toner in a container for collecting waste toner by leveling down toner stacked in the shape of a mountain in the container without causing noise, to improve toner collection efficiency, and to reduce the replacement frequency of toner collecting containers. SOLUTION: The toner in the waste toner collecting container can be effectively flattened by rotating the container.
